At Vura Home, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged during shipping.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

5. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
